It depends on the plan you choose. On Basic and Self-hosted, letters stay on your own computer or your own hosting; letvera.in holds only your public seal key and a list of revoked letters, never the letters. On Standard, Business, Professional and Enterprise we can host LETVERA for you: your letters are then kept on our servers in a separate, private space for your organisation, under a data processing agreement, and you can download everything at any time.

Yes, with the Franchise & Branch module on the Enterprise plan. You authorise each outlet, approve its bank account and set what it may issue; the outlet seals its own invoices and letters in LETVERA. A customer who scans the QR sees the outlet's name and GSTIN, that it is your authorised branch or franchisee, and the only account to pay. Suspend or end an outlet and its new documents stop verifying at once, while those it issued while authorised stay valid. Franchisees get a monthly royalty statement built from their sealed invoices.
Yes. Mark a letter type as an invoice, bill, receipt or credit note and LETVERA asks for the amount, due date and bank account, and seals them in the QR. Anyone who scans it sees the real amount and the only account to pay — a forged bill with a changed account or amount fails the check. It complements, and does not replace, the GST e-invoice IRN where that applies.
Yes. Write the letter as usual, save it as PDF and upload it. LETVERA lays it on your letterhead with the reference, date and QR seal.
Whether the letter is authentic, revoked or not issued, with its reference, date and nature. They see the content only if they type the access code printed on the letter — so strangers never see personal data.
A DSC (IT Act, s. 3) or Aadhaar eSign (s. 3A) signature is applied by the signatory in their own signing tool; LETVERA checks that it is intact and belongs to the letter issued. Whether a particular letter must be signed, and how, depends on its purpose.
Choose a plan and enter the licence key to keep issuing letters. Without one, letters already issued continue to verify and can be opened — nothing you have issued is ever locked.
No — one free trial per organisation. The trial is activated once with letvera.in when you install; a second trial for the same website, organisation or company e-mail domain is not given. Write to sales@letvera.in if you need more time to evaluate.
Yes — each plan covers one organisation. Society plans and the self-hosted licence have no limit on letters or users; company plans are priced by the number of users. A group with several companies can take Enterprise, or one plan per company.
